Inspired by a scene from the grounds of the Sutherland castle in Scotland, it depicts a warped version of reality, in which the sea abutting the castle grounds has changed location, and the landscape begins to abstractly reconfigure in conjunction with it, and the colors begin to distort as well. It is named for the Gaelic word for dream "Aisling," as like a dream, the image portrays a scene that strongly departs from reality despite being rooted in it.
