Friends invited me to paint on location at the old peanut factory...really, maybe "mill" is a better term, in Aubrey Texas in October. The weather was perfect and I felt good and inspired. A couple of times the train would roll by and it was easy to imagine a scene from years ago when peanut harvesting was a big deal in the area.
