Day's End

Lighting is everything and when the light is just right a painting can sing. This moment caught my attention as the sun was starting to retire for the day and it showered the side of this horses in a beautiful glow. I particularly enjoy the shapes of the shadows and how my colors granulated in just the right way to make those shadows come alive.
