The autumn foliage colors always bring me joy. This painting was inspired by a group of motorcycle and tricycle riders who were enjoying the drive around the Pisgah National Forest before us at a recent road trip in North Carolina. I love the light through the trees and how it landed just right on the main rider just when I took the photo.
