Nantucket Birdhouse

Painting of an old abandoned farmhouse, neglected and weathered grey looking out on the bold ocean, with only birds living in it. I watched them for hours as I painted, flying in and out of the broken windows... I wanted so badly to go inside with them and see it! In fact I wanted badly to go inside and paint the interiors... but I did not want to overstep as I was already trespassing by painting in the yard. It now has been renovated... the family must have decided what to do with it because in its location I am sure it is worth several million.
