While traveling with my family, we stopped by Mount Rushmore and we met this sweet Mountain man from Pickens, South Carolina. He was grieving his wife, while traveling all the national parks himself. We spoke for hours, he kindly model for the drawing and we went our way. It was an honor trying to capture the essence of that special moment.
